The National Audit of Care at the End of Life (NACEL) Quality Survey for Bereaved people

What is the Quality Survey?

The Quality Survey is a survey for the friends and family of someone who has sadly died. The aim of the survey is to give those close to the person who died an opportunity to share their views on the care and support provided in hospital. The National Audit of Care at the End of Life (NACEL) is a national audit which looks at the care experienced by the dying person and those important to them during their last hospital admission.

Want to take part?

If your loved one died between 1st January - 31st December 2024, you are invited to take part in an anonymous survey about the care received by you and your loved one during their hospital admission. You can take part in the survey by visiting NACEL Quality Survey
