Amazon wish list appeals

Amazon wish lists are a great way to help support our charity to provide products for our patients across the Trust.

We have worked closely with colleagues within our Children’s Ward, Snowdrop Unit, Neonatal Unit and West Park Hospital to identify items which will make their patients’ stay more comfortable, as well as provide staff with treats to improve morale.

Items on the wish list include toiletry packs, lip balms and arts and crafts.

South Staffordshire Medical Foundation

After half a century of supporting medical education and research, the South Staffordshire Medical Foundation (SSMF) ceased to operate on 22 June, 2017 as the Charity’s Trustees agreed it had achieved its original aims and objectives. Residual funds have been transferred to the South Staffordshire Medical Centre Charitable Trust - Rotha Abraham Bequest, a Wolverhampton-based charity with similar objectives to that of the SSMF.

If you were planning a donation or bequest to SSMF you may wish to consider redirecting this to:
  • South Staffordshire Medical Centre Charitable Trust - Rotha Abraham Bequest
  • The Royal Wolverhampton NHS General Trust Fund
  • The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Research Trust Fund

Trustees of the SSMF would like to thank all those who have generously supported its work over the past 50 years.
