Staffing Bank workers are:-
"Workers, who are registered with the RWT Bank, are available to be called on to work in a flexible capacity, to fill a temporary vacancy, or staffing shortfall. This type of work is carried out under the understanding of No Mutuality of Obligation”.
No Mutuality of Obligation simply means that the Trust is under no obligation to offer the Bank worker any work, and the Bank worker is under no obligation to accept any work offered to them.
