Phoenix Walk in Centre

Urgent Treatment Centre

No appointments necessary just walk in and wait.

When we are closed please ring NHS 111.

Please note that the Phoenix Centre and Urgent Treatment Centre do not open until 8am

On arrival, please go to the reception desk on the ground floor for a member of staff to register your details. You will be asked to take a seat and wait to be called to the triage room for an initial assessment. This is so we can prioritise any emergencies and signpost where appropriate.
