Healthy Pregnancy and Beyond
Wolverhampton Healthy Goals Project
Healthy Goals is a Premier League and Professional Footballer’s Association (PLPFA) funded project with additional funding from City of Wolverhampton Council.
The project works with pre-school children and their families to promote healthy growth through education and activity sessions, which are currently taking place virtually.
Healthy Goals also offers a free support group (currently online) for new and expectant parents who may need the opportunity to talk to group leaders and health practitioners and other mums in a relaxed, informal environment.
They also offer free courses such as paediatric first aid to parents, grandparents and carers.
The Healthy Goals family group is full of useful information and resources to help keep you and your little ones active and entertained!
There’s also a Healthy Goals Baby Group, providing informal social support group for parents of babies born during lockdown from the comfort of your own home.
Join the group for a little singing, dancing, and the opportunity to chat to others.
