Wolverhampton has been chosen as the bowel screening centre as part of a national programme. The screening centre which is based in the Beynon Centre at New Cross Hospital was chosen to spearhead the first screening centre under the NHS Bowel Cancer Screening Programme.
The Wolverhampton Screening Programme serves patients who are registered with a GP in the areas of Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley, the Seisdon Peninsular area of South Staffordshire and Cannock.

The Wolverhampton Bowel Cancer and Bowel Scope Screening programme is now located at three hospital sites. Appointments will be booked at a venue closest to the patients home address unless otherwise specified by the patient.
