The Colorectal nursing team at New Cross work Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:00pm excluding bank holidays.

We have a 24 hour answer phone; messages are picked up at regular intervals during the day. Any messages left after 3pm may not be returned until the next working day.

If you feel that your matter is of an urgent nature please contact the main hospital switchboard on 01902 307999 and ask for the bleep number of the nurse you wish to contact, these can be found in our meet the team section. If we are with another patient we may not be able to respond immediately, please be patient or try a short time later.
