An innovative new healthcare passport has been launched across RWT to enhance the care of children and young people with complex needs living within the city of Wolverhampton.
The healthcare passport ‘All About Me’ has been trialled by several families over the last few years and their feedback has helped shape its launch. It has been published for those who access Children’s Services at RWT to reduce anxiety about meeting healthcare professionals for the first time.
