The Annual General Meeting of The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust will be held on Wednesday 8th September 2021 at 1pm and broadcast via Microsoft Live Stream.
In accordance with the provisions of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 and the Regulations made thereunder, the Annual General Meeting of The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust will be held on Wednesday 8th September 2021 broadcast virtually using Microsoft Live Stream at 1pm.
This meeting can be viewed by the public on application only. Copies of the Annual Report, Quality Report, Annual Accounts and papers including the Agenda and Minutes for the meeting can be viewed on the Trust’s website.
Any applications to view, proposed corrections to the minutes, matters arising from the minutes and/or questions must be lodged with the Trust Company Secretary or Head of Communications no later than 9am Tuesday 7th September 2021. Invitations to view will then be sent as requested. Questions considered appropriate to the business of the meeting, will be read out and responded to towards the end of the meeting.

Any questions relating to the reports for 2020-2021 must be posted with the Company Secretary by 9am Tuesday 7th September 2021. Questions considered suitable and appropriate to the AGM will have time will be allocated for the Chair, CEO and Directors to respond.
