Wolverhampton Safeguarding Week

Date of release: 16 November 2020

Latest News: Wolverhampton Safeguarding Week

It’s Wolverhampton Safeguarding Week (16-22 November 2020) and the Trust is raising awareness of its own safeguarding services while signposting to important information on the relevant warning signs and the support on offer.

The RWT Safeguarding Team will be providing updates on the Trust intranet this week and on social media, including guidance on the following topics:
  • Domestic abuse
  • Safeguarding adults
  • Radicalisation (PREVENT)
  • Infant crying (ICON)
  • Recognition of vulnerabilities
  • Voice of the child

Everyone has a part to play in keeping vulnerable people (adults with care and support needs, children and young people) safe from abuse and neglect. Search @RWT_NHS, @wvsafeguarding and @NHSsafeguarding to see more across the week.

Visit the Wolverhampton Safeguarding Together website to find out more about the campaign on the Wolverhampton Safeguarding Together website.
