At The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, we want to be transparent and provide full support to any requests for information.
Both organisations have yet to be informed of the level of involvement and work that will be required to meet our obligations, however there is now a published Terms of Reference for the inquiry. This document outlines what we know about the inquiry so far, and what we need to do to ensure we retain all pandemic-related documents and communications.
