Coronavirus: Information for Visitors

RWT is very much aware that, due to restricted access, families and individuals might not be able to be say the things that they want to say to support people who are receiving high levels of care.

We can arrange for your personal messages to be delivered to your loved ones.

Please email rwh-tr.patientexperienceteam@nhs.net with the name of the patient, their Ward and giving your own contact details also.

Alternatively you can call 01902 695118 between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. and a team member will write down your message which we will then pass on.

This service is available from Monday to Friday.
