Our volunteering service is here to improve and enhance the patient experience, complementing employed staff across the Trust.

We expect all out volunteers to adopt our Trust Visions and Values so that you can truly be a representative of RWT and feel confident doing so. 

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and represent the diversity of the communities we serve. Volunteers all share the same passion to improve patient experience and to use their free time to help others and support our NHS. 

We are always looking for ways to improve and develop our volunteer service as we recognise the positive impact volunteers have on patients and our Trust.
