Occupational Therapy

Allied Health Professionals: Occupational Therapy

The role of an Occupational Therapist (OT) is to support people with a range of interventions to enable them to return to or optimise participation in, for example, caring for themselves and others, working, learning, playing and interacting with others. OTs positively impact upon the wellbeing and rehabilitation of patients, promoting health and self-management and preventing disability.
