e-Induction Mandatory Training

e-Induction Training

e-Induction Mandatory Training allows you to complete certain mandatory training courses before you start in your new role at with RWT.

You do not have to complete all the e-Learning packages in one sitting, but please ensure they are all completed at least two weeks before starting with RWT. This will allow for all your training completions to be recorded against your training record in the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).

New starters (All staff excluding Doctors in Training, Medical Undergraduates, Agency/Locums and Bank), please complete all training listed below If you have previously completed any of the training below, please send your evidence to the Training Database Team.

Once you have completed a course, please ensure you click on RECORD RESULTS to enable you to complete the on line compliance form with the following information:

You will receive an email for each e-Learning package completed.  Please keep these emails for your own records; the Training Team do not need a copy of your training completions.

If you do not pass, you will be given the option to retry the assessment.

Please note, some of the courses direct you to the e-Learning for Health (eLfH) website, your eLfH account details will be emailed to you by eLfH and instructions on how to find a course are available below.

There are 4 components to a new starter's induction programme:
  • Corporate Trust e-Induction
  • e-Induction Mandatory Training
  • Local Induction (with your Line Manager)
  • Completion of all your Mandatory Training - e-Learning and face to face hand hygiene assessment (Please use the Mandatory Training Matrix to find out what your mandatory training requirements are for your role).
